Block Bookings
1. A block booking constitutes a formal agreement between @Futsal Group Ltd & the customer to provide a series of bookings over a minimum period of 10 bookings
2. Only 1 cancellation permitted for every 10 weeks booked, all cancellations exceeding this will result in full payment for that week.
3. will only be accepted in the name of a team or individual who is a member of @Futsal for their team/club/group.
4. All bookings must be paid for 1 week in advance to constitute a block booking.
5. The following weeks session must be paid for prior to the start of the current session
6. Advance fee will be forfeit if session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
7. If you give up your time slot @Futsal will not guarantee that it will be available again in the future
8. The cost of the block booking will be the price displayed at the arena, this amount may change if a price increase is implemented during the block booking period. @Futsal will give 14 days notice of any increase.
9. The accepted method of payment for block bookings are cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
10. Any 10 week plus booking will receive a 5% discount on the displayed standard session price
11. Any 20 week plus booking will receive a 10% discount on the displayed standard session price
Large Scale Bookings
Any booking that is equal to or more than 3 hours single pitch hire will be subject to the following terms
1. A 50% Deposit is required within 7 days of making the booking as confirmation.
2. If a 50% deposit is not received within 7 days @futsal reserve the right to remove the booking without any further communication
3. The balance for the booking is required 28 days prior to the booking
4. In the event that a bookings needs to be cancelled in excess of 28 days prior to the bookings @Futsal will credit the full deposit against future bookings
5. Cancellations made within 28 days of the booking will be subject to full payment
Online Bookings
1. Bookings made on line are subject to full payment at time of booking.
2. The payment is non refundable
3. Should you need to cancel a booking the payment will be credited against a future booking provided a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is provided
